Services Designed to Support Your Healing, Growth, and Authentic Self
Finding the right therapeutic fit matters. My services are thoughtfully crafted for women navigating anxiety, trauma responses, burnout, and the exhaustion of people-pleasing. Whether you’re seeking steady weekly support or a more focused, immersive healing experience, each offering is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your pace.
I integrate IFS-informed EMDR, expressive arts, and mind–body regulation tools to help you reconnect with the parts of you that have been carrying so much for so long. Together, we create a space where you can breathe, unpack, and move toward clarity and emotional resilience — one grounded step at a time.
Below, you’ll find an overview of the therapeutic services I offer. Each one is designed to help you feel more connected, supported, and empowered on your healing journey. If something resonates or you’re not sure where to begin, I’m here to help you explore what might fit your needs.
IFS-Informed EMDR
IFS-informed EMDR brings together two powerful approaches to help you heal from the inside out. We explore the “parts” of you that have been holding old pain or striving to protect you, and we use EMDR to process the memories, beliefs, or experiences still impacting your nervous system. This integrative method is intentional, respectful, and attuned to your pace. Many clients find it brings clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper sense of internal harmony.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives offer a deeper, more immersive healing experience for those wanting focused support outside the traditional weekly model. Intensives are structured, extended sessions designed to help you move through stuck patterns, trauma responses, or internal blocks with more continuity and momentum. These sessions also include grounding, parts-informed preparation, and integration tools you can continue using long after our work together. Intensives can be especially helpful during seasons of overwhelm, transition, or when weekly therapy doesn’t feel like enough.
Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive arts therapy invites creativity into the healing process — not for performance or skill, but as a way to access parts of your story that words alone can’t always reach. Through imagery, symbolic work, gentle art-making, or creative prompts, we explore emotions and experiences in a nonjudgmental, embodied way. This approach can be calming, clarifying, and surprisingly grounding, especially for clients who feel disconnected from their inner voice or overwhelmed by traditional talk therapy.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
Internal Family Systems IFS therapy is a gentle, transformative approach that helps you understand the different “parts” within you — the protective parts that work hard to keep you safe, the overwhelmed parts carrying old wounds, and the wise, grounded core of you that often gets buried under stress or self-doubt. Instead of trying to silence or fight these parts, IFS invites curiosity and compassion, creating space for each part to be heard and understood.
In our work together, we explore these internal dynamics at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. Many clients find that IFS brings clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper connection to their authentic self. It’s a powerful way to soften perfectionism, quiet the inner critic, and untangle long-standing patterns rooted in past experiences — all without pathologizing your inner world.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space created just for you — a steady, compassionate place to explore what’s been weighing on your heart. I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, trauma responses, burnout, imposter syndrome, and people-pleasing patterns. Together, we take things one step at a time, helping you understand your emotions, strengthen your boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic self. Each session blends curiosity, neuroscience-informed tools, and gentle reflection to support grounded, sustainable healing.
