A Deeper Way to Heal…EMDR & Parts Work Intensives

Offering focused Therapy Intensives for strong yet overwhelmed women who are tired of pouring from an empty cup and who are ready for real time and space to work through what they’ve been carrying.

Clearly put…if the question “what’s for dinner?” makes you want to jump off a cliff—this is for you!

Imagine for a moment your child, your partner, your boss, or your neighbor say to you… “Can you take this on?” or “We are in need of volunteers for…” or “You are overthinking this.”

If just reading this makes you have a gut reaction in your body then you are quite possibly pouring from an empty cup, and maybe have been for a long time!

You don’t have this reaction because you are weak—but because you have been strong for everyone else.

You show up. You manage, cope, and keep going. Your needs come last.

You push through exhaustion because stopping doesn’t feel like an option. Right?

And underneath it all, you feel empty, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and I can help. I help by offering you the space and time to do real healing work in a format that is proven effective.

Therapy Intensives can be the answer you are looking for.

If you’re the one who always holds it together,
for your family, your work, your relationships,
it can start to feel like there’s NOTHING left for you!

What Change Do You Want?

Right now, requests feel like pressure.
Boundaries feel heavy.
Rest feels unsafe.

After a focused intensive, those same moments can feel manageable. You can pause. Choose. Respond — instead of REACT.

That’s the shift intensives are designed to support.

How Therapy Intensives Can Support You

Therapy intensives may be helpful if you’re experiencing:

  • Chronic overwhelm, burnout, or compassion fatigue
  • The invisible mental and emotional load you’ve been carrying
  • Ongoing pressure to keep functioning at all costs
  • People-pleasing patterns that leave you depleted
  • Trauma responses that keep your system on high alert
  • Parts of you that learned to survive by pushing through—even when exhausted

Together, we gently explore why the overwhelm is there, not just how to cope with it, so you can begin releasing what no longer serves you.

What Is a Therapy Intensive?

A therapy intensive is a condensed, highly focused therapeutic experience designed to support deep healing in a shorter period of time. Intensives are offered in 3- or 6-hour formats and provide the space to slow down, listen inward, and address what’s been weighing on you—without stretching the work out over months.

Rather than weekly sessions that skim the surface, intensives offer a contained and intentional experience that allows for deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful insight.

This work is trauma-informed, thoughtfully paced, and grounded in safety and collaboration.

Session Options

You may choose between two formats:

  • 3-Hour Intensive (One Day)
A single, focused session designed for deep exploration and processing within a contained timeframe.
  • 6-Hour Intensive (Over Two Days)
The intensive is divided into two 3-hour sessions on separate days, allowing time for rest, reflection, and nervous system integration between sessions.

What is Included in Each Intensive

  • A 1-hour Pre Intensive intake session approximately one week prior to the intensive
This session allows us to clarify goals, assess readiness, and prepare for the work.
  • A 1-hour Post Intensive follow-up session approximately two weeks after the intensive
This session supports integration, reflection, and continued stabilization.
  • A Handbook given to you at time of sign up that prepares and guides you through the intensive.
  • An Expressive Art Kit given at the day of Intensive, that includes a journal, art supplies, fidgets and goodies to help throughout the Intensive.
  • Snacks and drinks.
